Containers are sometimes only used as safe and well constructed housing to install equipment needed for their process. Sometimes processes are installed within containers which you normally would foresee in the open air - but to be sure that no one can interfere with the system (also vandalism) it is containerized.

This client has a tank cleaning company in the south of Europe. The water power needed for cleaning this tanks is realized by 100 bar high pressure booster pumps installed within a container. An excellent way of housing these pumps at the cleaning facility.

Biorotor system for biological treatment of wastewater

A biorotor is a biological process in a tank with a rotating drum that contains packing material where biomass can grow on. Normally such system is constructed in open air. Due to the location of the unit (open field for reclamation of groundwater) the system was designed within a container. A necessary design to ensure safety and to prevent vandalism to the system.

Mobile PE Dosing system for treatment of river silt/sludge

When rivers are dredged to keep the channels open the silt/sludge needs to be dewatered and compacted. This client wanted a mobile system which could be placed in remote areas (no power) with the necessary equipment to dose Polyelectrolyte to large pumped volumes of silt/sludge water. The treated silt/sludge water goes through certain cloth tubes to dewater the silt/sludge.
