Logisticon has realized different kind of containerized pump systems. The most simple containerized pump system exists out of an integrated buffer tank in combination pumps installed in the dry part of the container. Booster systems (without intermediate tank) are also made where special attention is given to the piping connections on the container. Underneath two references are shown.  

Booster system for a drinking water company

One of the largest drinking water companies in the Netherlands wanted to have an emergency booster system. A large booster pump was integrated within a 20ft container. Due to the motor power of the booster pump extra cooling (ventilation) was made to prevent overheating of the system. Furthermore when the booster system is not in operation (but standby) the system is drained and filled with nitrogen gas to keep the system bacteriological safe. This way of conservation of the booster system makes it possible to use it directly in case of emergency.

Boostersystem in 10ft container

This containerized system is a small pumping station based on the use of a 10ft container with integrated pump buffer and 2 distribution pumps. The pumps are frequency controlled - normally level in buffer tank is controlled but other controls like pressure or flow are also used.
